Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping:  

COVID-19 Disclaimer: Due to overwhelming demand for deliveries, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, delivery times maybe be a bit longer than normal.

Orders will typically ship out within 3 business days of ordering. Please be sure to double check your shipping address – Weedmaps will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.

Domestic: Orders shipped within the U.S. will be subject to a flat rate of $5.95. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

International: At this time, we only ship items to Canada. All orders shipped to Canada will be subject to a flat rate of $20.00, which covers all applicable duties.

Returns & Exchanges:  

Weedmaps gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.  Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt.  Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.  Please note that final sale items, as well as items purchased using an employee and/or friends & family discount, may not be returned or exchanged. 

All returned items will be subject to a $5.95 return processing fee and refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

 Option #1: U.S. Return or exchange an item using our return service

  • To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@weedmaps.com or 1-844-WEEDMAPS. Please be sure to have your order number, as well as the following information available so that we may begin the returns process:
    • Your name and billing address
    • If it was a gift, the name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order.
    • The original price(s) and date of purchase.
    • The item number(s) of the merchandise and order #, if available.
  • Once the request is processed, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email.

 Option #2: Return an item on your own

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a return in accordance with this policy.

Option #3:  International Returns

For international returns, please return your item(s) to the address below within 30 days of the original purchase.  You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Warranty:

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 90 days of original purchase. 

Price Adjustment:

We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if the full priced item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
